Nick’s Shaved Ice Paradise
Nick’s Shaved Ice Paradise is a non-profit food truck based in Lubbock, Texas. Their mission is to provide meaningful jobs and experiences for “differently awesome” employees – students with disabilities and special needs.
Nick’s Shaved Ice Paradise hired Raidercomm Agency, a Texas Tech University student-run Public Relations agency, to boost their digital presence and refurbish their brand.
As an Account Manager for Raidercomm, I was given Nick’s Shaved Ice Paradise as a client to manage.

As Account Manager of the Nick’s Shaved Ice Paradise project, I managed a team of 5 students and directed a campaign and social media strategies targeted at boosting Nick’s Shaved Ice Paradise’s online reputation, as well as designing graphics to create a cohesive brand image.
